Cleaning Out
I'm cleaning out my old room in my parent's house in preparation for it being remodeling and I'm finding all sorts of awesome stuff- newsletters from elementary school with articles written by my friends, old really bad song lyrics I wrote out of teenage angst (we're talking cringeworthy stuff here), and perhaps the greatest cabbage patch kid ever:

New Mexico Magazine has a monthly compilation of stories about Americans who don't know that New Mexico is a U.S. state. The editor, Walter Lopez, talks with Lynn Neary about the bank tellers, cell phone providers and ticketing agents who tell New Mexicans that they reside in another country.
