Pizza Pizza
We ate at Otto on Monday and I had the best pizza I've had in a long time. The funny part is that there was a pizza called "Pizza Lardo" (which is not on the menu for some reason). It is a regular pizza with cured hog fatback as a topping. mmmm. I didn't get it.

Online Chat About Valerie Plame Leak: Rove's Role:
Detroit, Mich.: What exactly is 'double secret background?' How does a journalist make use of such information? Presumably, Cooper would have to coorborate any information he got from Rove with another source, right?
Dana Milbank: An excellent question. I believe it was originally coined by Dean Vernon Wormer in Animal House.

Brooklyn Waterfront of the Future?
Woah- this is totally insane. I actually love it because of my academic training as an archaeologist - I've always liked to visualize what the city will look like in hundreds of years from now, especially while going over bridges in the subway. Makes a lot of all the current gushing over development on the waterfront look pretty inane.
It totally reminds me of the romantic paintings & sketches that people like TJ used to do when they visited Rome in the 16/1700s.
