Vive Italia!
Things that may be clever I've thought about Italy
1. New motto for Vatican: "Over 100 Billion Confessions Served"
2. Via Tritone is likely named for the much-maligned musical group Tony-Toni-Tonč (I can make the accented "e" mark because i'm using an italian keyboard)
also the song playing in the internet cafe now has the lines "everyone likes a little menagerie-a-trois/theres room for one more in the back of my car/would you like to try a little un-dui-trois/everyone will get a chance to be a star"

So I'm walking down Franklin Ave on sunday at 3 in the morning when I come across a parked, unoccupied taxi with its horn blaring continuously. Looking inside the car I see that the owner has a Club on the wheel that is pressing the horn. After three or four Fonziesque punches to the window, the Club shifts and the horn turns off.
swish.

So what they are filming on the playground at the end of my block is Birth, a movie with Nicole Kidman in it.
Word to that.

Makin' Movies
So there are signs on my block that say no parking tomorrow because such-and-such production company will be working there. Will there be a film made on my street tomorrow? Stay tuned...
